Analyst – IT Processing Operations  

Skills/Experience: 

• 0-2 years experience in the IT Help Desk environment  
• Good communication skills

Analyst – IT Infrastructure

Telecom Analyst: CCNA certification with 2+ years experience in Networking, and experience in working with Routers, Switches & Network protocols in the Telecom domain

• BI Support Analyst: Cognos/Hyperion/DataStage Business objects tools certification with 2+ years real-time administrator experience 
• Remote Desktop Support: MCSE/MCP staff with 2+ years’ experience in application and desktop support

Network Security: CCSA Certified Engineers with 3+ years’ experience in Checkpoint firewalls
